This project was meant to show off the DIY aspect of a 3D printer that still involves manual construction methods and mass production of identical pieces.The octahedral stools were constructed using dowels cut to length and 8 identical 3d printed joints. I began the project by geeking out on all the iconic set pieces and graphics from previous seasons and creating the small vignettes featuring JanSport product. Later in the project we were given actual assets from the upcoming season and redesigned the concepts to feature actual imagery of the actors and locations in season 4.
